The software allows you to operate a real powerfull voice mail with an editable voice menu, navigation buttons and common operations on a call.

Operating the voice mail
1) Open the ‘Access’ window by clicking ‘Access’ in the main tool-bar, or ‘Edit->Access’ in the menu.
2) Go to ‘Voice Mail’ tab.
3) Mark the option ‘Open Voice Mail’.
4) Select a password in ‘Password for entering the voice mail’, default is 123.
5) Select a key to confirm the passowrd.

Now, when calling the line that is connected to the program, just enter your password by clicking the chosen digits, and enter your voice mail.

Please note – you can push the password when is playing the greeting and when it is recording.

Please note – if your modem supports CallerID features, you can set a caller number that will automatically turn on the voice mail.

To set the manner of operation -on the main tool bar choose the “Answering” button, and open the ‘Answering Configuration’ window. Or – on the ‘Tools’ menu, ‘Answering configuration for incoming calls’





Answering Machine Tab
This tab allows you to set the answering configuration for incoming calls as an answering machine:

Run Answering Machine
Run answering machine for incoming calls.

Number of rings before answering
The number of rings before the program will answer the call.

Personalized greeting
The greeting to be played to the caller, when it is answered. You can add, delete, or listen to the selected greetings by clicking the relevant button.

Record Voice Message From The Caller
Do you want to record the message from the caller ? if this option box is not marked, the call will be dropped at this point.

Pre Screen Call
Plays the voice message, while it is being recorded.

Limit The Length Of Message
Set the maximum time you want to asllow for an incoming message, in minutes.

The manner of disconnecting calls received in the answering machine

Disconnecting Mode Tab
At this tab you can set the manner of disconnecting a call. This will allow you to get a disconnected call signal, Although some phone companies (in North America for example) tend to not let you know if and when a call was disconnected. you can set the manner of disconnecting a call in some ways:

Disconnect when detect digit
The recording of the message will end when the program will detect the selected key. if you are going to use this feature, it is recommended to add notice about the ending digit in the greeting.

Drop if silence detection
The message will stop being recording after the time in seconds you set here.

Remove Silence Section
Set this option to cut the silence section from the messages.

Silence Sensitivity
As far as the value is higher, the purpose of the silence detection will be higher.

We installed the software to trial it and everything was fine except that we couldn’t use the SMTP on our exchange server. We installed a local SMTP host and all worked fine so we bought the software.

Suddenly, after a couple of months, whatever we do or use, it won’t send out emails, not even test emails. The PC is pretty much dedicated to the answer system so nothing else should have changed. Have tried exchange and 2 other SMTP servers but nothing. Tried Outlook and while we can send from outlook fine, the software still doesn’t send out test messages.

Help please.
